HOW IT WORKS
Junk removal is a whole process, and you might not understand how it works. Well, we’re going to tell you. The steps we take are much simpler than you might’ve originally thought.
- First and foremost, we’ll be there right on time! Expect us during the 2-hour arrival window, and keep an eye out for our courtesy call. It’s how we let you know we’re on the way.
- Once we have pulled up in our truck, we will introduce ourselves before asking to review the apartment. We’ll assess all the junk that’s inside and prepare a quote for you.
- If you like our asking price, tell us we’re good to go. Then, we’ll start the apartment clean out, leaving no piece of junk behind. Into our truck it goes, out of your sight and out of your mind!
- Where does all that junk go? Well, we recycle whatever we can, and we also donate items in fair condition to local thrift stores. The rest is disposed of properly.
COST OF APARTMENT CLEANOUT SERVICES
So, how much will it clean out your apartment anyway? With us, not as much as you might think.
- What you should know is that we use volume-based prices. So, the amount of truck space your junk uses up is the basis for what you pay.
- Of course, we will always let you know what you owe us at the beginning of the appointment. We just estimate the volume of the junk from the start.
- Finally, know that we will never startle you with hidden fees or surcharges. Our quotes are all inclusive and will never increase before check-out. Yes, it’s really just that simple.

The 2 young men were very professional, asking questions needed for proper removal before proceeding, and swiftly removed my beat up sofa. It took all of 2 minutes for them to get it to the elevator. Bravo! I had to tip them both an extra $20 each.
